Burmese Rice Ball

The Myanmar New Year is a seasoned meal, but for Myanmar people, it's a meal that is eaten at all times. It is easy to make and is usually made in two servings of bread. Some of them are made with rice flour, some are mixed with a small amount of rice. Sofia is sharing this little trick.

   Ingredients
♦ Wheat flour - 400 grams
♦ Salt - half a teaspoon
♦ Palm - 150 grams
ဆံ Coconut Hair - A Plate
   Instructions
1.       Add the flour to the salt and add slowly to the water, stirring in two coats.
2.       Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
3.       Keep a small stick in mind. Check coconut. Keep the kettle ready. Ready for a glass of cold water.
4.       If all is ready, the dough will start to thicken.
5.       Make two thin loaves of bread, place on a thin plate, stir in the batter, and close enough.
6       If the pot is boiling, add the pre-cooked cakes. Please mix one by one.
7       When the dough comes to a boil, drain it and drain it, and store it in a water bath.
8       The cooled bread can be filtered and rubbed with coconut hair.
